I had Ryan do a birthday for my wife and 40 guests on 8-17 -08. The temp got over 100 degrees and Ryan served us a meal that was fit for kings.  I received nothing compliments for my choice of caterers and took enough food home to share with friends.

 

The flavor was real MEMPHIS!!!  I will definitely recommend Hog Wild to everyone and will certainly use Ryan whenever we can.
